Great Sand House is a stunning and spacious beach front villa located at Kiotari on the south of the island of Rhodes sitting in huge lawns with direct access to this almost deserted part of fabulous Kiotari Bay. The house has been lovingly and modernly designed by its owners and is an experience unlike any other for style, comfort and perfect beach holidays.
The house has three bedrooms - one master bedroom and two with bunk beds - and three bathrooms - one with double jacuzzi - and can sleep up to eight people. The two first floor bedrooms have a huge terrace with panoramic views from Pefkos in the north to St George's Point just north of Prasonissi to the south. The house looks out to sea over well-maintained gardens directly on to the beach. The master bedroom's bathroom contains an indoor jacuzzi which is positioned so you can relax in the jacuzzi while admiring the view. The design and furnishings of this villa make this a truly outstanding holiday retreat.
The villa has free wireless broadband internet and air conditioning. The kitchen contains a coffee maker, a toaster, iron & ironing board, a blender, an ice maker and a microwave. There are full cooking facilities as well as a fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine and clothes dryer. The living room has a working fireplace. For your entertainment there is cable TV, a stereo system, a CD and DVD player and a video library. There is an outdoor charcoal grill barbecue and garage parking.
