Tha Hill is a traditionally styled Eco-Friendly Villa designed by one of the island's leading and most innovative architects. It is located on the hill top and surrounded by its own land just a short rustic drive from the charming and romantic village of Lahania.
The main house on the property has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area and a beautifully decorated lounge with vast French windows looking out to sea and a traditional fireplace - all at ground level. Around two sides of the house there is a huge colonial style terrace veranda giving a 180 degree panoramic view of the coast line and surrounding countryside - fabulous both for sunrise and sunset.
Outside the house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped patio garden that has been designed both with thought for the natural beauty of the surrounding area but is also maintained using ecologically viable methods.
To one side of the patio is a separate annex with a double bed and carved stone work. The perfect retreat for the artist or writer.
Between the house and the annex is a small but very private dip pool.

Lahania is known as the artists' village with creative courses held throughout the year. Please ask us for details. A small and quaint truly Greek village of great charm with local restaurants offering authentic Greek cuisine, a small shop and quiet bars. Located just off the main road that brings you from Rhodes Town in the North down to Prassonisi, the Southern most tip of the island. There is a huge and very safe beach located just 15 minutes drive from Lahania.
Prassonisi is the famous wind surfers' beach where the Aegean meets with the Med and is one of the island's most exhilarating and active areas.
Lindos, the world renowned World Heritage Site village that boasts its very own Acropolis, where you can wander through the cobbled streets soaking up the ancient history also has a mouth-watering selection of roof top restaurants and bars and even a couple of nightclubs.
Rhodes is a diverse island surrounded by breathtaking beaches, bays and historical areas. All are within a short drive from the haven of peace that is Tha Hill.
